Dear Friends,

After 19 years of working from home, I’ve taken a big step—I’ve rented a fantastic office in Berkeley! To celebrate this milestone, I’m throwing an office warming party and would love for you to join me.

There will be great people, tasty snacks, drinks, and—because I can’t help myself—I’ll also be offering the Impostor Syndrome workshop I’ve been sharing with groups and organizations around the world, and I’m excited to finally share it with you, my community.

Impostor Syndrome affects millions—from CEOs and PhDs to entrepreneurs and students—who secretly worry they're not as competent as others believe. Impostor Syndrome is both an organizational and personal issue. It impacts organizational, team and leadership performance AND the bottom line. For individuals it causes suffering and undermines one’s success. This pervasive self-doubt can lead to overwork, burnout, and a reluctance to embrace one's achievements. In our session, we'll explore practical strategies to recognize and overcome these feelings, fostering greater confidence and authenticity.

This is more than a party—it’s a celebration of growth, change, and the people who’ve supported me along the way. I hope you’ll come by and raise a glass with me.
