You’re successful, but…

  • You have a deep suspicion you are meant for more.

  • You realize life is short, and it’s time to be fully yourself.

  • You wonder if living fully will be hard or require a big sacrifice.

You want to…

  • Be clear about your unique gifts.

  • Build a career and life that aligns your gifts and values.

  • Have pride in your impact.

Here’s a truth…

Most of us don’t fully realize the impact we have in the world. In part, this is because the world hasn’t done a good job of reflecting who we are. Our culture views us with a lens of criticism, instead of one that’s curious and appreciative.

When we don’t know how we are unique, we take our gifts and what is unique for granted. We miss what’s miraculous about ourselves and assume it’s ordinary or normal. This creates a gap between who we think we are and who we really are. This limits us. We withhold our wild ideas. We don’t follow our inspiration. We don’t take risks. We settle.

THIS GAP is what you're feeling. This gap is the issue. Part of you isn’t being engaged. You find yourself wondering if there’s a life that’s more aligned, meaningful, engaged, impactful and fulfilling.

To have the aligned and authentic impact we want, we must understand what we bring to the table that’s unique. Knowing this allows us to wield our influence more effectively and with integrity. It’s the key to our leadership. It’s the key to our service. It opens the door to our legacy.

To close the gap you need to align with who you actually are - NOT who you’ve come to believe you are. But how do you get from here to there?

You need someone to help you read your label. You need someone to help you discover your unique gifts and impact that hold the key to your success in the past, and more importantly, they hold the key to the impact you want to make in the future. This shift in perspective leads to new possibilities and opportunities.  It gives you a grounded confidence that opens a pathway to the version of yourself you’ve been looking for. It shows you a path to greater impact and less effort.

You can’t read the label from inside the jar.

That’s where I come in.

Let’s connect.

I’ve spent the last fifteen years working with leaders and innovators helping them to change their lives and amplify their impact. The process is powerful: They discover who they are, embrace it, play with it and master it. As they shift the way that they see and understand themselves, new possibilities for impact and fulfillment emerge.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
