Let's be honest, by the end of January, most resolutions are... well, gently abandoned. The gym bag's back in the closet, the "no sugar" plan met a chocolate croissant, and that perfect morning routine? Snoozed into oblivion. And honestly, that's perfectly okay. Because this workshop isn't about resolutions at all.
We all know how the first few weeks of the year can feel like a sprint toward "better." But what if instead, we slowed down long enough to actually feel where we are? This is your cue to pause, to take a deep breath, step out of the noise of self-improvement, and tune into something that feels more real: reflection, integration, and genuine creation.
Here’s the program…
The Past Year
Before we can move forward, we'll look back, not as a performance review, but as a story. A story with lessons, surprises, and maybe even some moments you're ready to put down. Together, we'll explore what really shaped you and what's ready to be complete.
You might catch yourself thinking, "Ah, that's what this year was trying to teach me." Or maybe just, "Thank goodness that part's done." Either way, you'll feel a little lighter and a lot clearer.
The Coming Year
Once the past is honored, we'll turn toward what's next, not with pressure or lofty resolutions, but with curiosity and clarity. You'll land on a theme for 2026 that actually speaks to who you're becoming, not who you "should" be.
Less "new year, new me." More "this year, more me."
What to Expect
In our three hours together, expect laughter, honest reflection, and a tangible drop in the pressure to have it all figured out. You'll journal, connect, and engage in guided conversation that balances depth and lightness.
You'll leave feeling grounded, reconnected, and ready for the year ahead, not because the plan is perfect, but because you are present to what really matters (and you'll have a little humor about the rest).

A personal note..
First, I want to acknowledge my friend and master coach, Ben Schick who introduced me to this wonderful process.
So, This past year cracked me open in ways I didn't expect. My mom's passing happened quickly, and I wasn't prepared, emotionally or spiritually. It shifted everything: my energy, my work, even my sense of direction, and my motivation and focus took a serious hit. And, of course, I'm still in it.
And yet, there were moments when I felt completely alive, delivering workshops and coaching sessions where I was fully in my zone. Moments where it was unmistakable that I'm doing exactly what I'm here to do. Where the context
and the relationships combine to reveal a version of me that can still surprise me, the one that comes alive when my essence meets the moment.
That's really what inspired me to host After the Resolutions Fade. Not because I've mastered it all, but because I know the power of pausing, of looking back, integrating the lessons (and the mess), and choosing to create from a clearer place. This workshop isn't about fixing yourself or setting perfect goals. It's about reflection, renewal, and stepping forward with integrity and intention.
